Better for you
No chocolate is a health food, but some chocolates are better choices than others. Look for a high cacao percentage, little or no added sugar, a short ingredient list you recognise, and a portion you can enjoy slowly. That is the standard AORAH is built to.
The 62% Signature Blend lists 6.4 g of dietary fibre and 4.2 g of protein per 50 g. The 36% Protein lists 6.8 g of protein and 5.6 g of fibre per 50 g and has no added sugar. Full nutrition tables are on each product page.
We will not call chocolate a cure, a detox or a supplement. It is a pleasure. The thoughtful part is what goes into it, and being honest about what comes out.
This is general information about food choices, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or allergy, speak to a qualified professional.

Questions
Dark chocolate contains cacao, which provides fibre and minerals, but it is also energy dense. It can be part of a balanced diet when enjoyed in sensible portions.
Not automatically. Vegan means no animal ingredients. Compare sugar, ingredients and portion size.
There is no universal answer. A small portion eaten slowly is a good starting point, and individual needs differ.
